This notice explains how Nadirix Solutions Limited handles personal information through the NADIRIX website. We keep data collection deliberately limited.

Information we receive
When online enquiries are enabled, submitting the form sends your name, email address, company, website, project type, budget and message to us, to the extent you provide those details. We also send an acknowledgement to the email address you enter. We receive the information you choose to include in email correspondence.
The online enquiry service is designed to run on Cloudflare, with Cloudflare Turnstile checking submissions for automated abuse and Postmark delivering the enquiry and acknowledgement emails. When enabled, these services process the information necessary for those purposes, including submitted contact details, message content, and technical information such as IP address and browser information. Technical and delivery logs may be retained by the service providers under their applicable policies. The website stores a hashed submission identifier, delivery status and email-provider message identifiers for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate sending. Enquiry text and email addresses are not stored in this delivery record; correspondence is held in our business email system.
How and why we use it
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, consider potential projects, keep appropriate business records and protect our legitimate business interests. Where discussions lead to an engagement, further processing may be needed to take steps toward or perform a contract.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, related business records and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers or advisers where necessary, or where required by law.
Website fonts
We serve the website fonts from the same host as the website. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or another third-party font service to load them.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers. When online enquiries are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for spam protection. The website does not set non-essential cookies for marketing or analytics.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data; object to processing; and receive certain data in a portable format. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority.
